If you sleep only 5-6 hrs a night, than you're not going to get the most hypertrophy. You need at least 8-9 hrs solid every night.

Your diet needs to be spot on. You can't wing this. You can't half attempt it. Building muscle tissue is a 24 hr/day process. There's no time to screw up and eat the wrong. The worst thing you can do is eating nothing. You need to recognize that your body requires protein to repair lean body mass and if you're not giving it than you're not growing.
There's absolutely no excuse not to miss a meal. Even if you're stuck out in traffic in the fast food part of town, there's no excuse. Assuming you didn't think ahead and make a lunch, just go to McDonalds. Make sure you get burgers with no fries and no soft drink. Junior Chickens are good because it's chicken lettuce and bun. Yeah, it's not the best thing to have, but it's much better than nothing. Avoiding the fries and drink will save you about 1000 calories.
These are the keys to maximum hypertrophy for female bodybuilders. It isn't what you do in the gym to get muscle, it's what you do outside the gym.
