<p>Let&#8217;s take a look at the typical year for a wrestler. During the off-season, the wrestler is in the gym lifting weights. The workouts are intense. The wrestler eats normally, sustaining muscle, and adding strength to their body. The wrestler might compete occasionally in a tournament or go to a wrestling camp. The wrestler is learning more moves, and skills, along with improved strength. All is good. Things look great for the upcoming season!</p>
<p>Then the season arrives. The wrestler decides to cut 15-20 lbs. to move to a lower weight class, where they will be big, strong, and ready for any competition. The wrestler eats very little, runs a lot (even with plastic suits on), spits, uses saunas, etc. to make weight. The wrestler makes weight. The wrestler has a good season, making weight each week, and binging after each match.</p></span>]]></description>

<p>Summerslam 2007 is just around the corner but it seems to have been forgotten that this is the twentieth annual Summerslam event so to mark the landmark here are the best Summerslam matches of the last 20 years in my opinion. 20. Chris Jericho v Chris Benoit 2 out of 3 falls. Summerslam 2000 - These two put on some great bouts and to be honest this wasn't there best but an average Benoit/Jericho match is still better than what most can achieve. Summerslam 2000 was probably the best Summerslam of all time and Chris Benoit won this one when he used a low blow when the bout was tied at one all. 19. Hulk Hogan v Shawn Michaels. Summerslam 2005 - I will always remember this match most for Shawn Michaels amazing match carrying performance against a broken down Hogan. The match is a little overated but the suspense makes the bout feel special. A Must see for any fan that wants to know why The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels is regarded as the greatest by so many.</p></span>]]></description>
